Sue Ayres Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sue Ayres in Neosho, Missouri, who passed away on October 10, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sue Ayres to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Reed and Alice Reed (Crabb); and her husband Leo Eugene Ayres. She is survived by: her daughters, Becky Highsmith (Greg) of Bluejacket and Kandy Ayres of Bluejacket; her grandchildren, Terra Vail (Bryant), Jesse Highsmith and Whitney Collins (Seth); her great grandchildren, Brannan, Malynna Vail, Jayton, Blakley and Clancey Collins; and her siblings-in-law, Elaine Myers (Tom), Linda Coats (Ron), Carol McClain (Skip) and Doug Ayres (Jeanie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Burckhalter-Highsmith Chapel. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Bluejacket Cemetery S 4460 Rd (15711 S 4460 Rd, Bluejacket, OK 74333).
