He is survived by: his wife Katherine Ross (Oliver); his children, Nathan of Neosho, Marshall of Nashville and Shara of Red Wing, Minnesota; his sister Diane Hill (Jerry) of DeLand, Florida; and his grandchildren, Ember, Lydia and Skye.
