She is survived by: her husband Samuel Pugh; her children, Mike Dowell (Lori) of St. Louis, Brian Dowell (Kari) of Joplin, Rick Dowell of Joplin and Jenny Pugh of Joplin, Missouri; and her siblings, Fay Robertson (Joe), Mike Hopper, Tim Hopper (Nancy) and Nancy Hollingsworth (Steve). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the 180 Church (7380 E 20th St, Joplin, MO 64801).
