He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Floyd Forkner and Lula Reynolds Forkner; and his wife Carol Stamps. He is survived by: his children, Sherrie Davidson (Craig) of Broken Arrow, OK and Tim Forkner (Tammy) of Richards, MO; and his grandchildren, Daniel Davidson (Bethany) of Springfield, OR, Nathan Forkner (Ashley) of Richards, MO, Peter Davidson (Sara) of Broken Arrow, OK, Rebekah Terry (Chris) of Broken Arrow, OK and Christy Witt (Phil) of Neosho, MO. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, those who wish may contribute in his memory to the RICM (Rural India Christian Mission) or the Vernon County Youth Fair c/o Ferry Funeral Home.
