He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Locke and Leota E. Locke (McWilliams); his wife Gloria Lewis; and his daughter Connie Locke. He is survived by: his daughter Vicki Dilly (Jim) of Nevada; his grandson Dustin Dilly (Heather) of Milo; his great grandchildren, Taten and Addisen Dilly; and his siblings-in-law, Ludell Lewis and Lowell Lewis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
