He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Ray Dickey and Mary Evelyn "Evie" Dickey of Nevada, Missouri.; his son Shawn Dickey; his stepson Christopher Koontz; his grandson Malachi Dickey; and his nephew Jonathon Lathrop.
He is survived by: his wife Ladena Bough; his children, Eric Ray Dickey, Michael Ray Dickey (Kimberly) and Christina Renee Leer; his stepdaughter Heather Johannsen (Dennis); his grandchildren, Carra Little, Tayler Turney, Ph'Ness Burton, Ezryah Burton, Isabella Dickey, Kennedy Dickey, Harley Johannsen, Dillion Bagby and Wyatt Thayer; his great grandchildren, Brielle Little, Brycen Wegener and Alayna Wegener; his sisters, Pam Godsey (Chuck) and Anita Moore (Shirold); his niece Jen Charles (Terry); and his nephews, Mark Godsey and Jason Lathrop.
