She was predeceased by : her parents, Claude Hallam and Patricia Hallam (McDonald); and her brother Mike Hallam. She is survived by : her daughters, Trish Churchwell (Pryor) of Nevada and Jennifer Stoner of Nevada; her grandchildren, Kimberly Churchwell of Nevada, Tiffany Churchwell of Nevada and Zachary Churchwell of Nevada; her brothers, Marty Hallam (Kathy) of Nevada, Mark Hallam (Georgiana) and Terry Hallam (Teresa); and her sister-in-law Julie Ogden of Nevada. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
