He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Miller and Emma Miller (Sheldon); his stepfather Herbert Bockhorst; and his sister Marilyn. He is survived by: his girlfriend Linda Grant; his son Mitch (Cathy); and his brothers, Richard Bockhorst and Michael Bockhorst.
