He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Belcher and Geneva O. Belcher (Bains); his daughter Donalee Belcher; and his grandson Joshua Belcher. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lee Smith; his children, Penny Burchell (Michael) and James Belcher of Republic, MO; and his brother Darrell Belcher of Oswego, KS. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
