He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel M. Cox and Helen G. Cox (Rabon); and his sister Carol Jean Heckadon. He is survived by: his son Bruce Michael Cox of Salina, KS; his wife Edith M. Moon; and his grandson Michael Cox of Greensburg, KS. He is also survived by several nieces, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested in his memory to the Nevada Elks Lodge, or the Animal Shelter c/o Ferry Funeral Home.
