He is survived by: his brother Leland Gannaway; his children, Don Gannaway (Linda), Denise Winans, Yvonne Howell, Deana Gowin (Ron) and Dustin Gannaway (Chere); his stepdaughters, Dee Briggs and Tammy Jones; his grandchildren, Shawna Gannaway, Erica Bernhardt (Matthew Zielinski), Holly Murdock, Adam Howell, Chelsey Watson, Sidney Harvey (Aaron), Stacy Whitten (Mike), Natasha McCaslin (Scott) and Shelby Gowin (Dawn); his great grandchildren, Taner (Kylie), Kenndi (Cody), Brooke, Tyler, Konner, Austin, Joseph, Olivia, Arabella, Colt, Octavia, Blu, Isabella and Addy; and his great great grandchildren, Idris and Indigo.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (301 E Highland Ave, Nevada, MO 64772).
