She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Gentry and Oreana Gentry (Criger); her husband Charles H. Horn; her son Robert Horn; and her sisters, Dixie Barbosa, Izola Winsworth and Lois Lyons.
She is survived by: her children, Martin Horn (Pat) of Milo, MO, Cindy Merrill (Kent) of Springfield, MO and Tammy Skahan (Tom) of Noel, MO; and her siblings, John Gentry of Belleview, IL and Margaret Wolfe. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
