She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Adkins and Blanche L. Adkins (Leer); her husband Roger Lukenbill, Sr.; her children, Roger Lukenbill, Jr., Doug Lukenbill and Lorinda Lukenbill; her grandchildren, Brandon Lukenbill and Sierra Lukenbill; and her great grandchild Austin Lukenbill.
She is survived by: her daughter Janet DeSpain (Rick). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
