She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobart Noffzinger and Geneva Gull Noffzinger; her husband Scott Roberts; her sister Mary Jane Noffzinger; and her son-in-law John Roussin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Ebert (Robert) of Nevada, MO and Patricia Roussin of Kearney, MO; her grandchildren, Michael Roussin (Jacque), Darin Roussin, Erin Ebert, Matthew Ebert (Kristin) and Megan Ebert; and her great grandchildren, Anthony Ebert and Quinn Roussin.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Polk County Library in memory of Frances Roberts, honoring her passion for literacy and community enrichment.
