He is survived by: his children, Pam Bozworth (Richard, Jr), Jeffrey Bishop (Terri), Mark Bishop and Gregory Bishop (Christina). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
