He was predeceased by: his daughter Tina Gazaway. He is survived by: his wife Judy; and his children, Ricky Gazaway (Debbie), Danny Gazaway (Candace) and Toni Gazaway. He is also survived by six grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested in his name to the Vernon County Extension University of Missouri 4-H in c/o Ferry Funeral Home.
