She is survived by: her husband Richard Shorten; her children, Pamela Randolph (John), Palm Bay and John Shorten (Donna); her grandchildren, Jevan Shorten (Brittney) of Nevada, Kayla Shrewsbury (Eric) of Nevada and Kyle Cushard (Kalyn) of Nevada; her great grandchildren, Andrew Lynch of Nevada, Logan Shorten of Nevada, Jaycee Shrewsbury of Nevada, Gage of Nevada, Riley Cushard of Nevada, Weston and Caitlyn Shrewsbury; her great great grandchild Zaley; and her siblings, Elizabeth Swallows (Lynn) and Carl Davis Voss (Pat).

In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the First Christian Church or the Neal Center in Nevada c/o Ferry Funeral Home.
