We announce the death of Herman Brokob Jr. of Nevada, Missouri, who passed away on August 6, 2026, at the age of 77. Herman will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Beulah Brokob, (Burdick) and Herman Brokob, Sr.; and his siblings, Bobby and Carol Seavers. He is survived by: his wife Linda Forbes; his daughters, Chrystal Wininger (Gary) of Joplin, MO and Becky Spangler (Joe) of Joplin, MO; his granddaughters, Tiffany Carr (Gage) of Webb City, MO and Chloe Wininger of Joplin, MO; his great grandchild Griffin Carr; and his sister Mina White of Joplin, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Calvary Baptist Church are suggested and can be made in care of Ferry Funeral Home.
