He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Gardner, Jr., Larry Gardner (Lisa) of Sheldon, MO, Sandra West (Bill) of Horton, MO, Cindy Terrell (Dave) of Midwest City, OK and Jack Gardner (Marla Scheman) of Horton, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
