He was predeceased by: his father Lowell Keith Chambers. He is survived by: his mother Rosalie Lou Chambers (Van Sickle); his wife Connie; his children, Bruce Chambers (Christine), Carl Chambers of Joplin, MO and Elizabeth Aman of Jacksonville, FL; his grandchildren, Kristopher Chambers, Braeden Chambers and Matthew Chambers; and his friend Tom Leatherman.
