It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy Ann Whitesell O'Neal of Nevada, Missouri, who passed away on October 18, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Whitesell Sr. and Bonnadell "Bonnie" Blevins Whitesell; her husband George O'Neal; her brothers, Jack, Kenneth, Jr. and Barney Whitesell; and her granddaughter Erin Lyon.
She is survived by: her son Larry O'Neal (Teresa); her brother Gary Whitesell (Robin) of Stockton, MO; her granddaughter April Kennard; her great grandchildren, Nate Elliot, Joshua Lyon, Katie and Jack Kennard; and her sisters-in-law, Vera Whitesell of Filley, MO and Wendy Whitesell of Newport Beach, CA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
