She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell E. Harmon and Catherine M. Harmon (Henry); her husband William J. Palmer; her daughter Julie Stark; her grandson Adam Sabala; and her brothers, Raymond Harmon and Ronnie Harmon.
She is survived by: her sister Janet Denning Starkey; her daughters, Beth Cano, Amber Nowak and Jill Mason; and her grandchildren, Loren Cano, Catherine Nowak, Elizabeth Nowak, Michelle Nowak, Desmond Nowak, Vincent Bishop, Rachel Bishop and Erica Mason. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.
