He is survived by: his wife Sally Marie Toronto; his children, Jerome Hutchins (Stacey) of Rexburg, ID, Russell Hutchins (Rebecca) of Atlanta, GA, John Hutchins (Megan) of Clearfield, UT, Jacob Hutchins of Fort Scott, KS, Joseph Hutchins (Megan) of Atlanta, GA and Rosemarie Smith (Wayne) of Cookeville, TN; his siblings, Charles Hutchins of Chicago, IL, Barbara Scanlan of Atlanta, GA, Victoria (Steve), Kristina Hutchins, Mary Sierra, Jeanine Hutchins and Melissa Hutchins; his grandchildren, Marc-Anthony, Abigail, Sarah, Ruth, Raymond, Hannah, Elisabeth, Samuel, Jack Smith, Ariana, Gaby, Carson, Michael, Thomas, Oliver, Emmaline, Chayden and Sophia Hutchins; and his stepmother Janice Hutchins of Maryland.
