He is survived by: his wife Linda Anderson; his children, James Williams, Erica Chianelli of Denver, CO, Jesse Creasey of Denver, CO, Alyssa Greene and Trevor Anderson (Courtney) of Eudora, KS; and his siblings, Steven Defluiter, Jack Defluiter and Robin Tucker. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
