She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter D. Butterfield and Mildred L. Butterfield (Whiteside); her husband Gale Mullins; her daughters, Jan Chadd and Cindy Clark; her son-in-law Ray Clark; her granddaughter April Mullins; her great grandchild Emma Rayburn; and her siblings, Jimmy Butterfield, Karen Stevenson, Carol Lyons and Joan Rives.
She is survived by: her daughter Pam Bennett (Darwin) of Iola, KS; her grandson Ken Mullins (Terese) of Springfield, MO; and her brothers, Kenny Butterfield (Becky) and Darrell Butterfield of Des Moines, IA. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
