He is survived by: his mother Linda Richardson (Smith); his wife Ashlee Van Dyk (Hochstedler); his sister Yolandie Linsenmayer (Neil); his children, Alexis Van Dyk (Ben Welborn), Lotus Van Dyk, Anthony "Blaze" Van Dyk and Krager Van Dyk; his stepchildren, Rylee Harper and Colton Harper; and his grandchildren, Carter Prentice, Sophie Herbst, Wilhelmina Welborn, Skylar Welborn, Ella Welborn, Brenli Welborn, Briar Welborn and Becklynn Welborn. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
