He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert H. Cunningham and Dorothy B. Cunningham (Strode); his wife Denzail Grace Peterson; his son Greg Cunningham; and his siblings, Martha Ann Sanford and Jim Cunningham.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Hinck (James) of Sarasota, FL, Roylene Cunningham of Seattle, WA and Mary Beth Claypool (Brandon) of Overland Park, KS; his grandchildren, Jason Cunningham (Leslie), Andrew Hinck, Nicholas Hinck (Sydney), Angela Hinck, Garrett Claypool and Emma Claypool; his great grandchildren, Dalton Cunningham, Mila Hinck and Hadley Hinck; and his sister Mary Borgman of Wellington, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
