She is survived by: her husband Jim Carter; her children, Dennis Carter (Betty) of Ellsworth, KS and Dana Ratcliff (Harold) of Argyle, TX; her grandson Blake Carter (Kelsey); her great grandchildren, Ezra and Judah; her grandchildren, Brayden Ratcliff (Elizabeth), Samantha Houseman, Charlene Housman, Leigh Housman (Meghan Bardwell) and Alexis Ratcliff; her great grandchildren, Tierra Ragan, Kiriana Ragan and Eva Kliesen; and her sisters, Terry Davis, Bonnie Covington and Sarah Eberhard. She is also survived by 4 great-great-grandchildren.
