She was predeceased by: her father Otis Rowlan; and her husband Robert Lee Russell. She is survived by: her mother Phyllis Rowlan (Unruh) of Fair Play, MO; her children, Angel Skipper (William) of Fair Play, MO, Roberta Adams of Hoxie, KS and David Russell (Linda) of San Angelo, TX; and her siblings, Terry Rowlan (Debbie) of Warsaw, IL, Deana Johansen (David), Doug Sparkman (Stacey) of Wichita, KS and Reta Klee (Dennis) of Loveland, CO. She is also survived by six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ferry Funeral Home (301 S Washington St, Nevada, MO 64772). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
