He is survived by: his wife Lela Faye Uttinger; his son Jacob Uttinger; his sisters, Claudia Wheeler (Donald) and Patricia Ann Rogers (Gerry) of Fort Scott, Kansas.; and his sister-in-law Peggy Uttinger of Springfield, MO.
