He is survived by: his spouse Jean Rackers (Erhart); his children, Gaye Suggett (Tim), Roger Rackers (Shelly), Ryan Rackers (Crystal) and Kevin Rackers (Dana); his grandchildren, Tim Suggett (Chelsie), Amy Caples (Justin), Rylee Nichols (Grant), McKenna Berendzen (Carson), Hunter Rackers, Zeb Rackers, Zack Rackers, Jaden Rackers (Mercedes) and Jared Rackers (Lizzy); his great grandchildren, Logan, Brayden, Mason, Austin, Colsen, Knox and Hallie Jean; and his sister Ruth Stratman of Sedalia.
A prayer was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the St. Andrew Catholic Church (400 St Andrews Ln, Holts Summit, MO 65043). Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A memorial service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Holts Summit Knights of Columbus Council 8400.
