He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Joseph and Beulah Dean Cole (Ray); and his close friend Chuck Hanks. He is survived by: his wife Helen Cole of New Bloomfield; his son Chuck Cole (Laura) of Columbia; his granddaughters, Madeline "Maddy" Duren (Spencer) of Fayette, Caroline Cole of Kansas City and Isabelle "Izzy" Cole of Columbia; and his great grandchildren, Makinley and Maylee. He is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
