He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen Theresa Walsh; his parents, Victor Kueker and Verna Kueker; and his brother Loren Ratliff. He is survived by: his children, Kevin (Laura Ratliff), Owen (Becky Ratliff), Liam (Megan Ratliff) and Amanda Ratliff of Elmhurst, IL; his grandchildren, Kyle, Connor, Caitlin and Maxwell; and his sisters, Eloise Baldwin of Phoenix, AZ, Linda Schwemm of Waverly, IA, Karen Schmidt of Lakewood, CO, Karla Schwake of Sumner, IA and Lori Anderson of Tripoli, IA..
