He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerald Miles and Marion Smith Brush; his son Daniel Miles Brush; and his siblings, Darlene Brush and Jerry Brush.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lynn Brush; his son David Miles Brush (Kelly); his siblings, Martha Cleeton, Angie Fountain, Jane Wiley, Terry and Jack Brush; his grandchildren, Douglas, Tyler, Lena, Brooks and Benton; his great grandchildren, Adrian, Elizabeth and William; and his pets, Rascal and Sissy.
