She was predeceased by: her parents, Theophil Kukowski and Cecelia Kukowski (Gerzewski); and her siblings, Stephen, Alban, Richard, Dominic Kukowski, Victoria Sestak and Julianna Lasnenski.
She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Venable; and her siblings, Barbara Navick, Katherine Hyzer, Josephine VanDusartz, Andrew and Raymond Kukowski.
