He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Schwoeppe and Louise Schwoeppe (Ruether); his son Anthony Schwoeppe; his brother Dennis Schwoeppe; his brother-in-law Rodrick Tritch; and his mother-in-law Dolly Hoerstkamp.
He is survived by: his wife Myrna Schwoeppe of New Haven; his daughters, Julie Heggemann (Aaron) of Dutzow, Jamie McGee (Brian) of Washington and Rachel Spiller (Dan) of O'Fallon; his stepchildren, Laura Rothschild of New Haven and Graham Hill (Allyssa) of New Haven; his grandchildren, Olivia, Tyler, Austin, Avery, Luke, Finn, Ada, Hope, Brantley and Beau; his siblings, Alan Schwoeppe (Teresa), Steve Schwoeppe, Don Schwoeppe (Connie), Linda Schwoeppe and Joanne Kozemski (Mike); and his sister-in-law Linda Schwoeppe. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Martin Funeral Home (16137 State Hwy 47, Marthasville, MO 63357). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (13497 S Missouri 94, Marthasville, MO 63357). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to First Responders Scholarship in memory of Dennis and Marvin Schwoeppe.
