She was predeceased by: her parents, James Neier and Florene; her siblings, Michael Neier, Sandy Neier and Tim Neier; and her sister-in-law Karol Neier.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Halley of Washington; her children, Richard "Ben" Halley (Vanessa) of Chatham, IL, Christopher Halley of Washington, Jeff Halley of Washington and Mandy Sue Halley (Justin Marty) of St. Louis; her sisters, Kathy Sieges (Herm) of Union, Patty Taylor (Chuck) of Washington, Pam Kimminau (Bill) of Washington and Susan Amburgy (Mike) of Caulfield, MO; and her grandchildren, Aiden Halley and AJ Miller.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (1206 Jefferson St, Washington, MO 63090). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (1014 Madison Ave, Washington, MO 63090).
Memorial donations can be made to St. Louis Children's Hospital, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or OLL Church.
