He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Sprick and Helen Sprick (Scheer); his brothers, Earl (Amelia Sprick) and Glen Sprick; and his brothers-in-law, Tom Giese and Rev. William Childress.
He is survived by: his wife Mary of New Haven; his children, Michael Sprick (Carmela Denise) of New Haven and Martha Brinker (Jeffrey) of New Haven; his siblings, Donovan Sprick (Ella Mae) of Valley Park, Lloyd Sprick (Judy), Carol Childress of Nashville, TN, Wayne Sprick (Irene) of Villa Ridge and Diane Giese of Mora, Minnesota; his brother-in-law Robert Althage (Kathryn) of Pine, CO; and his grandchildren, Jacob Sprick (Shannon), Marcus Brinker (Samantha) of Albuquerque, NM, Wyatt Pohlmann, New Haven, Samantha Waldis (Zachary) of Princeton, NC, Sophia Schulze (Eli) and Caroline Pohlman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
