He was predeceased by : his parents, Benjamin Arthur Reed and Wilmuth Moorman Reed; and his siblings, Marjorie K. Risch, Michael Francis Reed, Ronald B. Reed and John Arthur Reed.

He is survived by : his wife Sandra K. St. Clair; his sons, Joseph Wayne Mack (Michelle) of New London, MO, David Jason Reed (Mackenzie) of New London, MO and Daniel Ryan Reed (Jill) of Columbia, MO; and his grandchildren, Abbie, Harper, Brayden L., Kyleigh, Brayden, Gabe and AJ. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
