James R. Davis Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James R. Davis of New London, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 16, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul R. Davis and Ruby N. Gilliland Davis; and his siblings, Jesse Smith, Walter Smith, Gary Davis, Faye Miller and Katheryn Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Jessica Ray (Tyler) of Auxvasse, MO and Keith Davis (Heather) of Hannibal, MO; his brother Elmer Smith (Becky) of Hannibal, MO; his grandchildren, Brantley Davis of Hannibal, MO and Bryson Davis of Hannibal, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Sherry Windland (Rick) of Frankford, MO and Allen Thorne (Dorothy) of Salem, IA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
