He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bush Ayers and Margaret Smith Ayers; and his wife Sharon Ballinger. He is survived by: his children, Angela Anderson (Steve) of Hannibal, MO and Jeff Ayers of Louisiana, MO; his stepchildren, Leah Flynn of Hannibal, MO and Jeff Floweree (Stacey) of St. Charles, MO; and his granddaughter Amber Wisdom. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
