He was predeceased by: his parents, Robbie Brown and Wilma Mae Kessel Brown. He is survived by: his sisters, Olinda Borders of Charleston, MO, Sandra Whybark of Bertrand, MO and Donna Bramlett of Wyatt, MO; his siblings-in-law, Tracy Noble (John Phillips) and Robert (Brenda Lovins); and his close friend Carol Kenter.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Richards Funeral Home Inc. (436 Main St, New Madrid, MO 63869). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
