Though Ruth may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Violet Morrow Davis and James Davis; and her son Gary Donald Bowes. She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Ann Bowles of Orlando; her sister Naomi Thatcher of New Madrid, MO; her grandchildren, Lauren Murphy (Brandon) and Kristen L. Joiner (Timothy); and her great grandchildren, Grace Murphy, Vivian Murphy and Kieren Joiner. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Riverbend Pentecostal Church (1031 Mill St, New Madrid, MO 63869).
