She was predeceased by: her parents, Daisy Burnett Byrd and George Byrd; and her siblings, Robert Byrd, Matthew Byrd, George Byrd, Lucille Taylor and Lenora Goza.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Matthew Young, Adam Young, Caleb Young, Hillary Young, Holly Young and Heather Young; her children, Steve Young (Becky) of Huntsville, MO, Clay Young (Rachelle) of New Madrid, MO and Cindy Faulkner (Rick) of LaForge, MO; and her brother Leetis Byrd.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Madrid Baptist Church (1240 Scott St, New Madrid, MO 63869). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
