He is survived by: his wife Beverly Mae (Graf) of Newark; his daughters, Lori Ammerman and Julie Dobson (Mark); his grandchildren, Neil (Cassidy), Rosenbloom, Sarah Dobson, Emily Dobson and Katherine Dobson; his brother Jay Ammerman (Paula); and his sister-in-law Janet (Rinehart).
