With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shareen Ann Bornemann of Newburg, Missouri, who passed away on July 31, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Shareen departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Shareen may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Shareen leaves behind.
She is survived by: her husband Tim Bornemann; her children, Rebekah Chestnut (Drew), Laura Brown (Justin), Gayle Fabian (Peter), Lonnie Mauck Jr. (Margy) and William Mauck (Denise); her stepdaughters, April Ortega (Art), Heidi Webb (Steven), Bridgette Uribe (Enrique) and Mother Betty Reedy; and her siblings, John-Michael Reedy (Jessica) and Cindy Betzinger (Michael). She is also survived by nieces and nephews; 24 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Eden Church (903 N 2nd St, Edwardsville, IL 62025). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
