He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Martin Cook and Mildred Thomas Cook; his sisters, Eva June, Helen, Vidella and Sharon; his mother-in-law Lula Weaver; his brothers-in-law, Michael Dinwiddie, Freddie Weaver and Larry Coffman; his niece Jennifer Hawkins; his nephews, Jeremy Weaver and Wayne Hunt; and his great-niece Sasha Payne.
He is survived by: his wife Annie (Weaver); his son Joseph Robert Cook of Plantation, Florida; his niece Rebekah Mason (Cody) of Fordland, MO; his great-nephews, Garrett and Grant; his great-niece Elizabeth; his sister Jane Dinwiddie; his nibling Ryan Dinwiddie of Lebanon; his siblings, Judy Payne (Robert) of Lebanon and Martin Cook (Pam) of Niangua; his nieces and nephews, Jedidiah Cook, Thomas Cook, Tonia, Sherry, Angie, Sue and Bobby Wayne; and his brothers-in-law, Frank Weaver (Beth) and Freeman Weaver.
