She was predeceased by: her sister Elgie Ruth; her parents, James Jacobs and Mary Jacobs (James L. Jacobs, Sr.); her sisters, Betty Jean and Mary Lou; and her brother-in-law Anthony Welch.
She is survived by: her husband Anthony Welch, Sr.; her brother James L. Jacobs, Jr.; and her children, Anthony Welch, Jr. (Susan), Janice Welch of Boise, Idaho, Sharon O'Quinn (Jay) of Niangua, Electra Larimore (James) of Branson and Antoinette Wall of California. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials maybe made to the Helping Hands Club in care of the funeral home.
