Shirley Ruth Rader Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ruth Rader of Niangua, Missouri, who passed away on July 16, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley Ruth Rader to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Boyd and Nina Helen McClanahan (McFarren); her husband Junior Rader; her son-in-law Ross Wills; her sisters, Pauline Randolph (Jim), Betty Nichols, Reta Mathis and Debbie Price (Dennis); and her siblings-in-law, John Hamilton, Chloetta Buttram (Harold), Roy Terry and Pete Terry.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Rader, Tammy Wills and Anthony Rader; her grandchildren, Danielle Neal (Jeremy), Kelby Rader (Hannah) and Anthony Withers; her great grandchildren, Jayse Neal, Maverick Rader, McCoy Rader and Magnolia Rader; her siblings, Dorothy Hamilton, Jimmy McClanahan (Lynn) and Jerry McClanahan (Daisy); her siblings-in-law, Hershel Nichols, Charles Mathis, Betty Terry and Bertha Terry; her children, Junior and Shirley; her niece Melanie; and also Edith Mae. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and a very special group of friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Day Funeral Home (1075 State Hwy CC, Marshfield, MO 65706). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Strafford Care Center Activities Department or Niangua Food Pantry in care of the funeral home.
