She was predeceased by : her father Larry Ward; her mother-in-law Barbara Sanders; her brother-in-law Joseph Donahue; and her niece Natalie Murphy-Ward. She is survived by : her mother Joan Ward; her son Michael Ward; her husband Mike; her son Brady; her siblings, Rebecca Lovekamp, Carolyn Murphy and Steven; her father-in-law Rodney Sanders; and her siblings-in-law, Marty (Jan), Matthew Sanders (Sarah), Mary Donahue and Missy Sanders. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends.

Honoring Mandy's wishes her body was donated to further medical education and research.
